Puppy Buying Process
Puppy Reservation & Sales Policy
Litter Reservations
We accept reservations for a maximum of four (4) puppies per litter. Once a litter is fully booked, we will transfer reservations to upcoming, carefully planned breeding combinations that best match your individual preferences.
Selection priority is strictly determined by the order of deposit receipt. A non-refundable reservation deposit of $500 USD is required to secure your spot.
Puppy Selection & Evaluation
We keep our clients closely updated with regular photos and videos, along with my professional assessment and recommendations on the puppies you are considering.
Please note that show-quality potential cannot be accurately evaluated until puppies reach eight (8) weeks of age. All puppies remain with us until they are 12 weeks old, by which time they are fully vaccinated, socialized, and ready for their new homes. Full payment must be received prior to the commencement of any shipping arrangements.
Transportation & In-Transit Care
We fully understand that entrusting your puppy to air travel—especially internationally—is a significant decision. Therefore, we offer this commitment:
Your puppy will travel exclusively under the direct supervision of an experienced pet professional. Depending on the route and regulations, this means either accompanying the puppy in the passenger cabin or ensuring placement in the aircraft’s climate-controlled, pressurized, and pet-safe cargo hold.
You will receive real-time photo and video updates at every stage of the journey. With over 11 years of flawless shipping experience, we have never encountered a transport-related incident. Should your puppy display any signs of stress or discomfort en route, we will immediately pause transit and consult a licensed veterinarian before proceeding.
Airport Collection
Upon booking, you will receive the flight details and Air Waybill (AWB) number.
- Cargo Arrival: Please present your government-issued ID and the AWB number at the airline’s cargo facility to collect your puppy.
- Flight Nanny Service: Alternatively, a dedicated flight nanny can hand-deliver your puppy directly to you at the arrivals gate.
Registration & Identification
All puppies are microchipped and come with official registration and pedigree papers from either the American Kennel Club (AKC) or the Fédération Cynologique Internationale (FCI).
